CATHOLIC CAMPUS MINISTRIES
We strive to serve the community by "acting justly, loving tenderly, and walking humbly with our God" for the transformation of ourselves and the world.
We welcome students to come encounter the living God through our ministry.
We seek to fall in love with Jesus and to love one another as Christ loves us.
CHI ALPHA (XA)
Chi Alpha at VCU is a community of students seeking God together. We want to be defined by this simple statement:
Love God. Love People. Pass it on.
We come from lots of different backgrounds, but the common desire is to love, know, and serve Jesus Christ. Wherever you may be on your spiritual journey — skeptical, questioning, new believer, or long-time follower of Christ — you are welcome here.

CHRISTIAN STUDENT FELLOWSHIP (CSF)
Christian Student Fellowship is a student organization of Virginia Commonwealth University with roots in the non-denominational Christian Church/Church of Christ.
CSF is a welcoming, tight-knit community of college students who desire to be used by God to make a difference in the lives of whomever God places in our path. CSF exists to foster student’s connection with Christ, the Church and their community.
We want to see students to understand the depths of God’s love for them, grow and thrive in discipleship relationships, and connect them to serving and loving the communities around them

COALITION FOR CHRISTIAN OUTREACH
CCO @ VCU is a campus ministry dedicated to reaching students with the transformative power of the gospel, connecting them with the local church, and giving them a vision for serving Christ in all of their lives. Even more than a set of commands to live by, or doctrine to believe in, we believe the good news of God's love and work in the world through Jesus and his church is a story we are invited to live in. We would love to meet you, walk with you and invite you to participate in God's work at VCU!"
We partner closely with Redeemer Anglican Church in the Fan (2715 Grove Ave).

EPISCOPAL CAMPUS MINISTRY
Episcopal Campus Ministry strives to seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving our neighbor as ourselves and respecting the dignity of every human being.
We love and learn together and support one another on our spiritual journey.
LGBTQIA+ folx are full members of our group. People of all religious backgrounds and none are also full members of our group. We support Red Door Ministry at Grace and Holy Trinity Church, gather for lunch weekly, and have visiting hours with our chaplain weekly. This fall we are focusing on Race and the Church, to start dismantling White Supremacy in our midst, join us. In the past we have spent time talking about how “God says Sex is Good” and working to feed, clothe, visit, and care for those who are in need.
We are a community of students who are seeking to know and make known the full life that Jesus offers. We meet every week as a large group to worship God and hear from different speakers about who God is and what that means for us.
We also offer small group communities that meet throughout the week where we study the life of Jesus, the purposes of God, and challenge one another to put our faith into action.
In short, we're a multiethnic community that seeks to know God and make Him known to every corner of campus, and ultimately the world.

THE PACE CENTER
Experience VCU’s diversity and be a community leader! The Pace Center is an open and affirming community that celebrates the diversity of our campus through food and the sharing of stories. As a ministry of the United Methodist Church, we believe that every individual is created with infinite value and lives more fully in God's Kingdom when they are empowered to use their gifts to help their communities thrive. We also believe all are created to live in deep relationships with one another, not in isolation. Come discover your unique purpose to serve your community, learn to value the unique purpose of others, and establish a life-rhythm in order for that purpose to thrive!

Reformed University Fellowship (RUF)
Reformed University Fellowship is a Christian Campus ministry with a heart for the Gospel and a heart for VCU.
Jesus said that he did not come to save the righteous, but sinners. At RUF, we don't pretend to have it all together. We are people in need of God's grace. Consequently, all are welcome to be part of our group, regardless of belief or background.
Whether you are convinced or unconvinced, we invite you to join us in exploring how the love of God, shown in the person and work of Jesus, changes everything for ourselves and our campus.

In short, UKirk stands for University Church. In not-quite-as-short, UKirk is a national network of campus ministries of the Presbyterian Church, USA.
UKirk @ VCU is a downtown Richmond, VA branch of this emerging ministry.
We believe "we are called to be a witness to and for the world of the new reality that God has made available to all people through Jesus Christ: by building a community where unique and inclusive individuals value one another, and where we engage relevant issues in deep and open conversations. Because we seek to know Christ and make Christ known in downtown Richmond and throughout the world."
UKirk @ VCU is also an officially recognized More Light faith community. More Light Presbyterians is an organization within the Presbyterian Church (USA) with the following mission: "Following the risen Christ, and seeking to make the Church a true community of hospitality, the mission of More Light Presbyterians is to work for the full participation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQIA+) people in the life, ministry and witness of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and in society."
As a community of faith in the risen Christ, UKirk at VCU is also committed to the inclusion and affirmation of our LBGTQIA+ kindred as well. So when we say that all are welcome to the table, we really mean all people.
Young Life @ VCU
VCU Young Life is a community with a heart for our campus, and a hope to introduce students to the person of Jesus and help them grow in their faith.
We know college is a time when we all ask big questions about life; Who am I? Am I significant? Was I made for something? In Young Life, we look to Jesus to try to answer these questions, all in the context of authentic relationships and community. College is one of the most exciting and transformative times of our lives, but we believe that Jesus has more for us then we could ever imagine.
Young Life is a place for anyone and everyone who is asking questions about life, meaning, and faith. No matter where you are faith-wise, our leaders and students want to walk alongside you and live life with you!
